By accessing or using Atomix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Atomix is a cloud-based design system platform. It lets you create, edit, organize, and export design tokens and related materials, use AI-assisted features to help with extraction and generation, connect integrations (such as Figma) where we offer them, and export outputs for use in your own tools and workflows. Features may change over time. How we process personal data and usage information (including analytics and scan-related usage) is described in our Privacy Policy.
Right now we are focused on a free tier: you can use Atomix without a subscription, subject to fair usage limits and what you see in the product or at signup (for example caps on generations, bandwidth, or hosted design systems). The free tier is part of the same "as is" and "as available" service described in these terms. You may continue using the free tier for as long as we offer it and it fits your needs; we do not intend a classic freemium setup where everyday work is blocked until you pay.
We may add or expand paid plans (for example Pro) with higher limits or premium features. Any upgrade to a paid plan is optional. Before we charge you, we will give reasonable advance notice and show clear pricing. If we already offer a paid option when you read this, its fees and terms are those shown at checkout or in your account.
To maintain platform stability, Atomix imposes usage limits per account (including but not limited to generation counts and hosting bandwidth). These limits are subject to change at Atomix's discretion. For example, accounts on the free tier are currently limited to one hosted design system unless otherwise stated in the product or at signup.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to abuse, harass, or infringe the rights of others or upload infringing content. Our collection and use of data, including analytics and scan usage, are described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not misuse Atomix, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the proper working of the service, or using it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Atomix Labs and its licensors own Atomix, including the software, services, user interface, documentation, and branding. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Atomix for your internal business or personal purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease our software or services except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your designs, tokens, and other materials you upload or create in Atomix ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights needed to upload and use it with Atomix.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and operate Atomix; to improve the product through development, reliability, and analytics that do not use Your Content to train or fine-tune third-party or proprietary large language models or similar ML models; and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. This includes technical steps required for backups and collaboration features you use. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
Your Content may include or reference third-party materials (for example fonts, icons, components, or designs from other tools). You are responsible for complying with the licenses and terms that apply to those materials, including when you import from or export to third-party products.
If you give us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Atomix, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.
All code, configurations, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) definitions generated by the User on Atomix.studio are the property of the User and are provided under the MIT License. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those outputs to Atomix.
Some features use automated or AI-assisted processing. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any suggestions or generated results before you rely on them in production systems, client work, or published products.
When you export tokens, themes, code, configuration, or use integrations (including tools such as Figma or export paths intended for developer workflows), you are responsible for your use of those outputs and for complying with the terms of any third-party services, repositories, or marketplaces where you use them.
We do not warrant that any output is error-free, unique, or non-infringing, or that it meets any regulatory or industry-specific requirement without your own review.
Atomix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, the disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Atomix is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where the law does not allow such limits, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atomix Labs and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of Atomix in breach of these terms or applicable law; or (c) a dispute between you and a third party regarding Your Content or your use of outputs from Atomix. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.
We or you may terminate access at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases. We may retain or delete data in accordance with our Privacy Policy; we encourage you to export your data before closing your account.
You may not delete your account while you have an active payment or billing issue (such as an unpaid invoice or dispute). Once that is resolved, you may request account deletion. When you delete your account, we remove all your data, including your design systems, and the action is permanent.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) remain in effect after termination.
If you discover a security vulnerability in our services, please report it to us at heyatomix@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your report, triage it, and respond as soon as practicable. We do not take legal action against researchers who report vulnerabilities in good faith and in line with responsible disclosure.
We may change these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes where required by law.
